All deferral requests are to be sent to your Learning & Development team or HR manager, as there may be cost implications. Deferral of course registration will only be processed once. No repeat deferrals are permitted. All applications for course deferrals must be made before Module 3 is made available in the third week of the course. 

You can only defer from a current presentation to the next available presentation of the same course.

Unless otherwise arranged with your organization, your physical certificate will be delivered to your place of work within approximately eight weeks of the course closure date. If you have queries regarding delivery, or if you need to change your delivery address, please reach out to your Learning & Development team or HR manager to ensure successful delivery of your certificate.

Once your registration has been confirmed by your organization, you will receive a welcome email (unless you have opted out of communication).

Depending on the course you’re registered for, you may have to verify your identity. This is a requirement from the university to ensure that your name is printed correctly on your certificate, upon successful completion of your course.

Your login details will be emailed to you on the day your course starts. You’ll then gain access to the Online Campus, where you can change your password before a pop-up asks you to accept the terms and conditions and confirm user details. You’ll spend the first week working through the Orientation Module, where you'll find the valuable information and resources needed to prepare you for your course.

All study material will be provided digitally via the Online Campus.

Throughout the course, you will be supported and assisted across all content-related areas by a team of learning facilitators that will support your journey: this includes a Course Convener, Head Tutor, and Tutor.
